Tequila is a fine and complex liquor and as such it must be sipped slowly. Often it’s used as a shooter but does also appears in some great cocktails like a Tequila Sunrise and Margaritas.
The tequila shot with lemon or lime and salt is a great way to kick-start a party. However, some people do put some lime juice in the tequila or bite the lime before sipping it. Life is, after all, a matter of taste.
Tequila is made from fermented juice of the agave plant and is the traditional drink of Mexico. Tequila gets better with aging; It can be double distilled and aged in wood casks
